My dream stage that I produce myself
Patissier Lee Hee Jin, the interviewee, keeped radiant with affection for her work.
I could see her belief in dreams that had been firm since her childhood,
who told that to serve as pâtissier as long as possible is her dream.
Her strong courage, to pioneer opportunities not waiting nor hesitating
to challenge for them, soon began to lead her to unannounced good fortune.

It's pointless to calculate in such unpredictable metropolis where we live in.
Sometimes the reckless challenge of getting me on the test stage takes me to luck that wasn't foreseen.
The happiness that I feel at this point brings me to a scenario
where I'm going to be the heroin on a dramatic stage.
At the age of 18,
I started a daring adventure to put my dream on the stage.
With the dream of becoming a patissier, I visited Korean dessert master and showed my passion
and determination to learn how to work.
This reckless challenge that I started in my young days was a crucial event
that led me to what is now Laurencin’s pâtissier Lee Hee Jin.
I work as a partier, and sometimes I get tired and exhausted,
but I think back to the moment of choice, when I had courage.
Also, when I serve numerous kinds of desserts that I've worked on every day,
seeing happy face of guests is a source of strength for me.
Now everyday I'm on the stage of the dream of my colleagues and myself,
this chef wear, which makes us shine even more,
is also a bright light for our scenario to be a better one.
I hope that the end of this scenario, which will continue to be kept writing from now as well,
will produce a fruitful result as a patissier for as long time as I can.
